General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the gb22 platform and all its services. By accessing this website or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Account Registration & Eligibility

• The applicant must provide accurate and complete personal information.
• Each individual may open only one account — opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be active and personal.
• The user must operate the account in their own name and with their own funds.

Identity Verification

gb22 may request additional information or documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawal may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete. This provision is in place to protect the user.

If false information is provided at registration, the account will be immediately terminated and any funds in the account may be forfeited.

Account Security

It is entirely the user's responsibility to ensure the security of their account. The key rules regarding this are as follows:

• The login password must not be shared with anyone.
• It is recommended to change your password regularly.
• Always log out after using your account.
• If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity, notify the gb22 support team immediately.

gb22 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to an account due to the user's negligence. However, gb22 will always assist in taking remedial action.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits

The following rules apply when depositing funds into gb22:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 — applicable for all payment methods.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).
• Only payment methods registered in the user's own name may be used; sending funds through third parties is prohibited.
• Deposits must be in real currency (Bangladeshi Taka) — cryptocurrency is not accepted.

Withdrawal

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal funds are generally sent within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit and to the user's own account.
• If account verification is not complete, the withdrawal process may be delayed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 5 for details).

Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonus and promotional offers from gb22 are governed by specific terms and conditions. Please read these terms in full before accepting a bonus.

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳3,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳6,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, making your total balance ৳11,000.

Wagering Requirements

A specified amount must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn:

• Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance.
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Other Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period; the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be met first.
• gb22 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If bonus terms are violated or abused, the bonus will be cancelled and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Fair Play Rules

gb22 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. The outcomes of all games are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which cannot be controlled by any individual or software.

• All players enjoy equal opportunity and benefits.
• Any form of manipulation or fixing of game results is strictly prohibited.
• If a game result is affected by a technical issue, gb22 will refund the amount of that bet.
• In sports betting, all results are dependent on the official outcome of the actual event.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gb22 platform:

1. Multiple Accounts: The same individual may not operate more than one account.
2. Money Laundering: Using funds from illegal sources on the platform is strictly prohibited.
3. Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system is prohibited.
4. Hacking & Fraud: Any attempt to hack the platform's software or hardware is prohibited.
5. Automated Software: The use of bots, scripts, or automation software is prohibited.
6. Third-Party Transactions: Operating an account on behalf of or in the name of another person is prohibited.
7. Abusive Behaviour: Abusive behaviour towards support staff or other users is prohibited.
8. Providing False Information: Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification is prohibited.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities is found, gb22 will immediately terminate the account and reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.

Responsible Gaming

• Do not place additional bets to recover losses.

• If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.

• If the user participates in fraudulent activities.
• If identity verification is not completed.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.
• At the user's own request.

After account termination

In the case of account termination for a valid reason, the user's deposited funds (excluding bonuses) will be refunded; however, funds may be forfeited in the event of a terms violation. If a user wishes to close their own account, please contact the gb22 support team.

Terms and Conditions Changes

gb22 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as the user's acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
